Orders are dispatched within 2 days.
UK orders are sent either by Royal Mail First Class.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail’s Airmail service.
We include a list of shipping charges below, for your information. You will be quoted the exact shipping charge for your order before going through the checkout.
UK and Channel Islands
There is a fixed delivery charge of £2.50 for all packages, except for orders consisting of up to five samples, for which the delivery charge is just £1.
Europe
- Orders weighing up to 100 g (max 4 samples) will incur a shipping charge of £2.65
- Orders weighing between 100 and 250 g (typically 1 product) will incur a shipping charge of £4.45
- Orders weighing between 250 and 500 g (typically 2 products) will incur a shipping charge of £6.20
- Orders weighing between 500 and 750 g (typically 3 products) will incur a shipping charge of £7.45
Outside Europe
- Orders weighing up to 100g (max 4 samples) will incur a shipping charge of £3.30
- Orders weighing between 100 and 250 g (typically 1 product) will incur a shipping charge of £5.55
- Orders weighing between 250 and 500 g (typically 2 products) will incur a shipping charge of £8.50
- Orders weighing between 500 and 750 g (typically 3 products) will incur a shipping charge of £10.95
RETURNS POLICY
Orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur a shipping charge.
Any product in unused condition may be returned within 4 weeks from the date of delivery.
